Delivery Areas

We currently ship to Portugal and other European Union countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at coosher.pt@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Portugal (mainland): 2–5 business days
  • Portugal (islands — Azores, Madeira): 5–10 business days
  • Other EU countries: 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Coosher is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Cancellations

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please see our Right of Withdrawal page.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

  • Email: coosher.pt@gmail.com
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used, damaged, or is not in its original condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food items, treats)
  • Sealed hygiene or personal care products that have been opened
  • Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at coosher.pt@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
