Coosher is operated from Portugal and offers products in three categories:
Auction — online bidding for unique and second-hand items
Pet Shop — pet supplies, food, toys, and accessories
Kitchen — kitchen tools, gadgets, and home essentials
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Account Registration
To place bids or make purchases, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Coosher.
Auction Rules
All bids placed are binding offers to purchase the item at the bid amount.
The highest bid at the close of the auction wins and creates a contract of sale.
By placing a bid, you agree to complete payment for the item if you win the auction.
Failure to pay for a won auction item may result in account suspension.
Auction items are sold as described. Please review item descriptions and images carefully before bidding.
Coosher reserves the right to cancel or extend an auction in case of technical errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
Regular Purchases (Pet Shop & Kitchen)
Products in the Pet Shop and Kitchen categories are sold at fixed prices shown on the website.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, and any payment made will be refunded.
Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By placing an order or bid, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method upon completion of the transaction.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Coosher is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Returns & Cancellations
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, except where exceptions apply (e.g. perishable goods, hygiene-sealed items that have been opened, or items won through auction where stated otherwise).

Auction purchases are generally final due to their unique nature, unless the item received significantly differs from its description.
Limitation of Liability
