Welcome to Coosher (coosher.com). These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern the use of our website and the purchase of products through it. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
This website is operated by Vasyl Horobchenko, trading as Coosher — a self-employed sole trader (trabalhador independente) registered in Portugal, NIF / VAT number PT 337680558, Rua Pêro de Alenquer 1, 2 L, 8900-473 Monte Gordo, Vila Real de Santo António, Faro, Portugal. Coosher sells jewellery, organised into the following categories:
- Necklaces
- Bracelets
- Earrings
- Rings
- Anklets
The characteristics of each product, including the material, are set out on its product page.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are included in the price of the products for deliveries within Portugal.
Orders and formation of the contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract is only concluded when we send you the order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse an order, in particular if an item is out of stock or a price has been displayed incorrectly; any payment already made will be refunded in full.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only, and items may differ slightly in appearance.
Account registration
You may place an order as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity carried out through it. You must be at least 18 years old to buy from Coosher.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment service provider. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to the payment method you have selected.
An invoice is issued for every order, in accordance with Portuguese law, and sent to the email address provided.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping is free throughout Portugal; its cost is included in the price of the products. The delivery times shown are estimates and do not constitute a guarantee. Unless otherwise stated, orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.
The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to you when you, or a carrier designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, inform us at info@coosher.com before that period expires and return the goods within the following 14 days.
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
This right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. Full details, including how to exercise this right, are available on the Right of Withdrawal page.
Legal guarantee of conformity
Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 84/2021), consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery for new movable goods. During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, and the consumer does not have to prove this.
In the event of a lack of conformity, you are entitled, in this order, to have the goods repaired or replaced and, subsequently, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract. This legal guarantee is in addition to, and is not affected by, any commercial guarantee offered by a manufacturer.

Complaints and dispute resolution
Please contact us first at info@coosher.com. If the matter cannot be resolved, you may refer it to an alternative dispute resolution body; the competent bodies are listed on the Legal Information page.
Product reviews
Only customers who have bought a product from Coosher can review it. The system automatically checks whether there is an order for that product linked to the account or email address of the person writing the review.
All reviews are read before publication. We publish both positive and negative reviews; we only decline to publish reviews with offensive or unlawful content, personal data of third parties, or no connection to the product. We do not pay or offer any incentive in exchange for reviews.
Limitation of liability
Coosher provides this website on an ‘as is’ basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of our services. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
The content of this website is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and images belong to their respective owners.
Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to each order is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and European Union law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
