About Coosher, in a few words: we are an online jewellery shop based in Monte Gordo, in the Algarve. We choose every piece with care and then prepare and ship every order ourselves.
Every piece with its own information
We choose our jewellery piece by piece, with everyday wear in mind. That is why each product page states the material, the measurements and how to care for the piece. That way, you know exactly what you are buying before you place your order. What's more, we don't use vague descriptions: if a detail is not confirmed, we don't write it.
You can start with any category: necklaces, bracelets, earrings or rings.
How Coosher works
The pieces are kept here in Monte Gordo, and every order is prepared and shipped by us. Shipping is also free, because the cost is already included in the price. You can find delivery areas and times in Shipping and returns.
If you change your mind, you have 14 days to return an item, as explained in Right of withdrawal. We have also gathered the most common questions in our Frequently asked questions.
Who is behind Coosher
Coosher is the trade name of Vasyl Horobchenko, a self-employed trader registered in Portugal. It is a small shop, run by one person. In other words, the person who answers your messages is also the one who packs your orders.
That is why every message is read carefully. We reply within two working days, in Portuguese, English or Ukrainian.
