All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Purchases
Products in the Eco Store, Pet Shop, and Kitchen categories are sold at fixed prices shown on the website.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock, and any payment made will be refunded.

Payment
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method upon completion of the transaction.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Coosher is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Returns & Cancellations
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, except where exceptions apply (e.g. perishable goods or hygiene-sealed items that have been opened).
