Full details are set out in our Legal Notice.<\/p>\n\n Coosher offers products in three categories:<\/p>\n\n All prices are shown in Euros (\u20ac) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.<\/p>\n\n Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if a price has been listed in error; any payment already made will be refunded in full.<\/p>\n\n Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual products may vary slightly in appearance.<\/p>\n\n You may place an order as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Coosher.<\/p>\n\n Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.<\/p>\n\n An invoice is issued for every order in accordance with Portuguese law and sent to the email address you provide.<\/p>\n\n Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise, orders are delivered within 30 days of the contract being concluded.<\/p>\n\n Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you have appointed yourself, take physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To do so, inform us at info@coosher.com before the 14-day period expires, and return the goods within a further 14 days.<\/p>\n\n We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return.<\/p>\n\n Certain goods are excluded from this right, including sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods liable to deteriorate rapidly. Full details, including how to exercise this right, are set out on our Right of Withdrawal page.<\/p>\n\n Under Portuguese law (Decree-Law No. 84\/2021), consumers benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years<\/strong> from delivery for new movable goods. During the first 2 years, any lack of conformity is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, and you do not need to prove it.<\/p>\n\n If goods are not in conformity, you are entitled, in this order, to repair or replacement, and thereafter to a price reduction or termination of the contract. If we cannot resolve the matter, consumers may refer the dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body; the competent bodies are listed on our Legal Notice page.<\/p>\n\n Coosher provides this website “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer.<\/p>\n\n All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and design, is the property of Vasyl Horobchenko (Coosher) and may not be reproduced without permission.<\/p>\n\n We may update these Terms from time to time.
