Here we have gathered the frequently asked questions we receive about orders, payments, returns and jewellery care. If yours is not here, write to info@coosher.com. You can also find out more about Coosher.

Frequently asked questions about orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

We prepare and ship every order from Monte Gordo. Preparation and delivery times for each destination can be found in Shipping and returns. What's more, shipping is free, because the cost is already included in the price.

Do I need an account to buy?

No. You can buy as a guest, giving just your email and delivery address. An account is optional and is mainly useful for viewing your previous orders.

Where is my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, if the time shown in Shipping and returns has passed and your order has still not arrived, write to us — we will check with the carrier.

Frequently asked questions about the pieces

Do the pieces tarnish or lose their colour?

It depends on the material and finish of each piece, shown on its own page. Even so, any plating or coating wears over time, especially with frequent contact with perfume, creams, chlorine or sea water. That is why taking your jewellery off before swimming or bathing helps to preserve it.

Can I wear them if I have sensitive skin?

Every skin reacts differently. So, if you have a known allergy to any metal, check the material shown on the product page before buying. If in doubt, write to us.

How do I choose the size?

The measurements of each piece are shown on its own page. For example, for necklaces and bracelets we state the length. If you have any doubts, write to us before buying.

Frequently asked questions about payments and returns

How do I pay?

Right here on the site, using the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, so your card details never pass through us. What's more, you receive the invoice by email right after confirmation.

What if I don't like it?

You have fourteen days to return an item without giving a reason, counting from the day you received your order. Return postage is at your expense, unless the piece arrives faulty. Full details can be found in Right of withdrawal.

Frequently asked questions about contact

Which languages can I write in?

Portuguese, English or Ukrainian. We reply within two working days. Finally, if you are not satisfied with our reply, you can use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico (Portuguese Electronic Complaints Book).
